Job Overview:The leading offbeat and experiential tour company, known for their unique concept - based trails, curating memorable travel adventures, providing top-notch services, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction that have helped create a different narrative of Goa are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their marketing initiatives to new heights.Job Responsibilities:Represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's sales and marketing goals.Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.Should possess an In-depth knowledge and understanding of current and upcoming projects of Government Or private sectors.Responsible for Preparing the Quotations and contracts according to requirement of client & keep updating Status/Conversion.Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.Job Requirements:Graduation / Post GraduationAbility to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or service.Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Emboldened by challenges, Team work and dedication.Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.Location - Goa
