Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering:
Analyze business needs and gather detailed requirements from stakeholders to design effective CRM solutions.
Customization Development:
Create custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and workflows within Dynamics 365 CRM to match specific business processes.
Plugin Development:
Develop custom plugins using C# to extend Dynamics 365 functionality with complex logic and integrations.
Integration Development:
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems like ERP, marketing automation tools, and external data sources using APIs and connectors.
UI Development:
Design and develop custom user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies to enhance the user experience.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough testing of custom developed solutions to ensure functionality, data integrity, and user acceptance.
Deployment and Support:
Deploy developed solutions to production environments and provide ongoing support for troubleshooting issues and resolving user queries.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and related web technologies.
Dynamics 365 CRM Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM entities, system architecture, security model, and customization options.
Workflow Development:
Expertise in designing and implementing complex workflows using Dynamics 365 CRM workflow engine.
Integration Skills:
Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems using APIs, connectors, and third-party tools.
Problem-solving:
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions to complex problems.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and explain technical concepts
