Grow with usAbout this opportunity:We are now looking for a 1st Level BSS Billing professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of Billing and Rating activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels. What you will do:• Support the following systems and functions:• Monitoring of the production system & ensuring its performance and stability.• Action on alerts in monitoring tools and the traffic from Downstream Systems and towards Upstream Systems.• Monitoring Netcracker Billing and Rating and related product structure and CDR analysis• Monitoring of Product Charging, Event Summaries , Apply Pymts / Adjustments, Apply One Time Charges, Taxation Event Itemization, Apply Event Discounts, Apply Product Discounts, One Time Charges Generate Late Payments Create Bill Details.• Trouble Tickets resolution – Resolve day to day customer issues• Coordination with IT/network teams to resolve any operational or functional issues• Responsible for answering adhoc requests from various teams internal or external• Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management• Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets• Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certifications• Coordinating with Project Teams, Vendors, and Business teams during the incidents.The skills you bring:• Must have experience in Netcracker / Convergent Rating and Billing concepts and ETOM supported convergent Product Structure Concepts.• Good analytical skill and communication skill to understand the requirement from Customer• Good understanding on the concepts of Product catalogue, PO, PS, Rule Engine, Discounts, Event analysis, Rating Engine, Billing Engine and Bill formatting, Bill Shock, Split charging, Taxation module.• Ability to read and analyze Convergent Rating and Billing issues• Scripting in Java and JS.• Knowledge of SSL certificates and configuration.• Should be able to write and understand Unix commands, shell scripting, Basic SQL queries & procedures• Strong debugging skill and problem solving approach• Willing to work in 24*7 environment• Working knowledge of :- (Good to have)Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
