Experience inRetail bankingdomain
Prior experience inDigital/Mobiledelivery is mandatory
10+ years of experience as BA / PO, with majority of experience as a PO
Experience in supporting and / or leading on new product developments across digital channels in Retail banking space
Prior experience into core banking implementation will be preferred
Good understanding across the product lifecycle
Must have strong PO skills with strong understanding of Agile principles
Have fundamental skillset in Jira and Confluence.
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
Lead requirements prioritization to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
Excellent communication skills & strong stakeholder management experience
Must have experience in working with any global bank
