Senior Product Manager

Job Summary
The Shared Platform Team at NetApp is responsible for building industry "best-in-class" platforms for Enterprise Storage and AI. We are responsible for delivering a set of shared platforms and services that innovate to power the storage and data management needs of Fortune 500 companies spanning enterprise and cloud deployments. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive core ONTAP functionalities such as storage efficiencies, quota management and Quality of Service. In this role, the candidate will engage with customers, partners, engineering leaders and field experts to understand their needs, market conditions, customer experience and related personas and then deliver the roadmap for the relevant product features. 

Job Requirements
•    Product management, engineering or similar related relevant experience.
•    Experience in defining product roadmap and strategy
•    Inbound and outbound Product Management experience
•    Proven leadership in working cross functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
•    Ability to analyze data, problem-solve, and scope business requirements
•    Decompose technical propositions into straightforward solutions
•    Experience working in the Enterprise Storage and data management industry, familiarity with NetApp and competitors is a plus
•    Experience in storage efficiency technologies is a plus
•    Experience in modern file systems is a plus

Education
Requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree required, optimally in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.  Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred or relevant experience.
