This role is located in Pune - HYBRID.In this role, you?ll make an impact in the following ways: Ensure tickets are responded to within a timely manner.Provide creative solutions for customer requirements utilizing the technology stack available within ServiceNow including JavaScript, Flows, Integration Hub and Workflows following the ServiceNow and ITIL best practices.Creating and maintaining Reports, Catalog items, maintenance checks, Virtual Agent conversationsAutomated test frameworkIdentifying automation opportunities, progressing to implementing over timeUndertake continuous improvement & small-scale enhancements/mini projects as requested.Create and update documentation as requiredEnsure our instances are kept secure and adhere to our IT Security and Information Risk controlsTo be successful in this role, we?re seeking the following: ITSMPrevious experience of ServiceNow administration Experience configuring and supporting the Service Request Catalog using Flow Designer Shift Timing: UK ShiftAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
