We are looking for: Associate Scrum Master,
You'll make an impact by:
Ensures that the relevant principles and ceremonies are understood and adhered to by the team (e.g. sprint planning, standups, sprint demo, retrospective, backlog refinement).
Guides the team along all relevant PLM process steps and ensures that the team deliverables are in quality and compliant to the defined process framework.
Supports and coaches the team to keep focus and achieve transparency in its progress also towards externalpartners(e.g. project managers, product owners).
Supports and coaches the team to commit to challenging but realistic and reliable sprint results.
Supports and coaches the team in removing or escalating impediments that the team cannot solve internally.
Takes care for a timely and constructive cooperation of the team with the product owner or other partners.
Fosters reflection and continuous learning to increase team performance and value orientation.
Facilitates the team's creativity and self-empowerment to challenge product content definition and way of working.
Exchangestandard processesand collaborating with other scrum teams.
In case of large project supports inter team synchronization (e.g. scrum of scrum).

2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
Development background and experience is mandatory.
Hands-on experience on C# .Net frameworks, WPF experience is added advantage.
Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Proven track record of facilitating Agile transformations is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Advanced SAFe Certified Scrum is mandatory, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is a plus.
Effectively manage Scrum events, and Coach team members.
Manage team level risks, impediments and dependencies (including Integrations, User Documentation, Config Mgmt, etc)
Track and report the objectives and keep the dashboard up to date.
Establish SW engineering/technical practices within teams to ensure SW Excellence, technical agility(Clean code, TDD, Design for testability, test practices, test strategy and tools.
