What you'll do in the role:
• Manage the firms Physical Records through their lifecycle in accordance with Firm Record Keeping Policies. And manage the integrations and separations of records and services for Acquisitions and Divestitures.
• Collaborate with Records Leadership on initiatives and business opportunities. Measure the effectiveness of the service, developing key metrics, and report regularly to management and business partners on efficiencies gained and areas for continued growth.
• Provide operational oversight of team utilization, ensuring efficient distribution of work, preventing backlogs and forecasting capacity based on ongoing projects and anticipated ad hoc initiatives.
• Partner with strategic vendors to deliver Records Management services. And work closely and proactively with our Legal Partners to protect firm records and mitigate records-related litigation risks.
• Evaluate current tools for managing records and identify enhancement opportunities for business support and efficiency. And expand and enhance current procedures and controls to ensure Confidential Waste and Archiving activities are monitored for efficiency and to mitigate risks.
What you'll bring to the role:
•Client Relationship Management: Build internal stakeholder relationships as a trusted advisor by understanding clients' strategic objectives and providing solutions.
•Process Driven: Methodical thinker with a focus on detail, critical thinking and translation of business needs into actionable items.
•Execution: Ability to develop, socialize and implement processes and solutions powered by automation; collate and refine requirement into detailed tasks and deliverables.
•Business acumen: You are adept and proactive in monitoring key metrics and performance indicators to understand and report on effectiveness of the service offering.
•Commercial Impact: You can effectively analyze the business value impact of the service and identify efficiencies gained and ongoing areas for improvement.
•Bachelor's degree and experience in Financial Services. A Records Management background is a plus
