We're seeking a future team member for the role ofAssociate, Reconciliation Representative II to join ourPershing India Operations team. This role is located inPune, Maharashtra, HYBRID.
In the role the manager will act as the point of contact for all business operations, escalation, approvals, and supervisory controls for the entire settlements team . Apart from this, the person will be responsible for managing the daily to day activities in international and UT settlements.
In this role,
Responsible for reconciliations, including reconciling cash breaks, position differences, and gathering and compiling data.
Performs complex, manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records.
Review and check work of other Client Processing Support staff and help resolve escalated issues.
Ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
Identifies, investigates, and resolves problems in client accounts or company records.
Works closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations.
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Responsible to actively contribute to team MIS and data management.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
Advanced Excel skill preferred.
General knowledge of the securities industry.
5+ years of total work experience in reconciliation.
Problem solving skills and excellent client service skills.
