Job Description
Understand client specific Global Mobility policies and processes

Prepare cost estimates.

Prepare and publish Letters of assignments.

Share and collaborate effectively with others.

Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

Follow risk management and compliance procedures.

Communicate confidently in a clear, concise, and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials that you produce.

Support senior team members in large client projects and engagements

Participate in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives

Promptly respond to queries from client / assignees / partner teams over emails and video calls.

Participate in various ad hoc Global Mobility projects.

Qualifications and Experience
Education: Degree in Finance or Business Administration,

2 years of experience in global mobility services industry.

Excellent Communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
