We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, External Reportingto join our CONTROLLERS - External Reporting team. This role is in Pune, Maharashtra and Chennai, Tamil Nadu - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
The analyst will support the Training and Communication group in Regulatory Reporting, which is a part of External Reporting.
With minimal guidance, the analyst will develop and deliver training courses to all parties involved in Regulatory Reporting, which includes individuals both inside and of outside of the Reporting Group.
To create and distribute relevant Regulatory Reporting information via a monthly Newsletter. Gather, reconcile and analyze the My Development data to complete the monthly Training Statistics that are reported to senior management.
With senior level guidance, support the day to day needs of the Reporting team and the Controllers group
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Good understanding of Basel III and Liquidity reporting
Candidate must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with team members, management, onshore clients
Good oral and written communication
Qualified accountant /PG (MBA-Finance) / B. Com with 5+ years of relevant reporting experience in a similar Financial services Industry
Good presentation skill including in PPT
Ability to speak to a large audience
Should be willing to support production team in case of increased regulatory requirement
Ability to self-study regulation and create synopsis and executive summary
Confident, Proactive and can work on unstructured assignments
Managing share points, regulatory documentation.
Qualifications:
Qualified CA/PG(MBA-Finance)/ B.com with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Work experience in Regulatory Reporting or Legal Entity Reporting is preferred.
