Associate Engineer will be responsible for the coordination, management, execution and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support than offered by the 2nd level Operations. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels..

What you will do
The main job responsibilities are specified as follows:
To develop the team for delivery of services as per agreed SLA/WLA with customer.
Issue handling.
CSR Review with PA responsible
TT/ CR Performance Management & Reporting
To ensure RCA for any Critical event.
To ensure vital support is provided to Network Rollout, D&P and FM including Prioritization of tasks as per business needs.
To ensure all the activities are conducted are driven as per MSTOP guidelines.
To ensure all the MIRs are released as per MSTOP guidelines.
Monitoring and review of TT, CR and AT on daily basis.
Ensure that User Access Control is implemented as MSTOP process and regular review is in place.
To provide the BO CA Manager with reports of team performance in the allocated area on a scheduled basis.
To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible.
To give in the creation and improvements to procedures and routines within the department / group.
Interface management with Circle, Regional and Central teams of OSD, MSIP and GNOC.

Key Qualification:
Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
1+ years' experience in Operations, Customer handling and technical support.
Experience in Ericsson Charging System will be preferred.
ITIL, Oracle, CCNA, Red Hat Certified professionals will be given more preference
