The Domain Support Specialist – L1FM is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance activities in an operations organization.

What you will do
Responsible for day-to-day operational performance
Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network & 1st Level troubleshooting of the events taking place on the network
To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA
NW faults rectification.
Backup and Health checkup with agreed frequency.
Participates in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible
You will bring
First level service problem restoration in 24*7 shifts.
To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets with guidance or supervision, when vital.
Implement the Change Request in stipulated time period.
To Create WO to FM team when vital.
Raise TT towards Second level in consultation.
Perform FIRST level Preventive Maintenance of nodes.
Support Involved in upgrade/updates of live nodes if required.
Degree/ Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
Proven experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network
Technical and/or functional skills: GSM, 4G/LTE and 5G Knowledge, Ericsson GSM / AXE, NOKIA, ZTE & Huawei Systems or products.
