We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Business Technology Liaison II to join our APAC Finance Controllers Change Management team. This role is located in Chennai, TN - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Support APAC region Country Controllers in regional/ global change management projects and liaise between development team and stakeholders. Support execution of regulatory changes, technology implementation, global and regional projects. 
Discuss and elucidate information from all the stakeholders, writing BRDs, user story, change request and such other allied functions which are critical for successful implementation of regulatory applications. Functional data analysis. Provide all documents, drawings, flow charts, wire frames etc.
Coordinate and work with the regional/ global Engineering, development and project team. Agreeing on the timelines and adhering to.
Support data governance, understanding of source data, metadata, data models, DQ rules and data contracts.  Support Finance Controllers in Data Governance.
Stakeholder management based out of various countries and regions. Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with all the stakeholders, build controls to track progress and changes.
Conducts change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes and documents business rules, functions and requirements.
Draft Test Strategy, Test Plan and Test cases in coordination with the users and support in test execution.
Participate in implementation of Regulatory Reporting Operating Model and extend support in interpretation documents, variance analysis/thresholds, data lineage and other requirements.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Good oral and written communication, prior experience in working with clients in APAC region.
Knowledge of regulatory reporting related projects (Basel, SACCR, FRTB, CVA) or worked on local regulatory projects in APAC region (e.g. HKMA, MAS, CBIRC, APRA, FSA, FSS).
Self-motivated, who can work with minimal supervisions, Prior experience on global projects and handling global clients. 
Plans and organizes deliverables within prescribed timelines.  Self-motivated to perform duties with multiple small projects running in parallel.
Business and IT acumen along with corporate etiquettes. Takes ownership of the role and demonstrate leadership. 
Well versed with data interpretation and analysis, data warehouse architecture, data lineage BCBS 239, traceability matrix, with good understanding of technology, Database architecture
Data analysis skills – worked on large data project (risk, finance, treasury, regulatory), data mapping, and business rules documentation. Use of SQL, JIRA, Visio, MS Office, MS-Visio, power point presentation, MS-Excel.
Experience in Business Analysis, Scrum, Agile, Axiom ControllerView and Databases, ETL (staging, enrichment, data integration), logical data models, Testing and documentation.
