Associate, Business Technology Liaison II

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate II to join our Global Payment and Treasury Service Operations team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu – HYBRID/FLEX.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Develops testing plan scenarios for complex unit, process, function, integration and acceptance testing.
Responsible for definition, planning and execution of testing efforts.
Provides technical guidance to assigned project teams.
Develops test cases, scenarios and scripts to ensure applications quality.
Designs and develops usability testing scenarios and administers more complex portions of the testing process.
Defines criteria for testing, analyzes results of testing sessions and presents results to Quality Assurance leadership.
Helps resolve complex problems detected in testing.
Identifies and documents software and systems defects.
Assists in providing solutions to resolve defects.
Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives.
Supporting on calls with external vendor and internal development teams
Creation and delivery of communications to Ops of all changes as part of regular deployments
Supporting on Ops and Clients with queries
Providing expertise on Incidents by giving direction to management and technology
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required;
Advanced degree is beneficial.
5-7 years of experience in a systems quality environment preferred.
Experience in the securities or financial services, SWIFT – ISO 2002 industry is a plus.
Explore and involve in Test automation projects.
Ability to understand the Application and document Test Scenarios for Automation using BNY recommended tools and framework
Proficient in using test automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Rest Assured, TestNG and Cucumber
