Job Role
Essential
3- 5 years of experience in software testing, Telecom products, BSS, Siebel CRM, Web Portal/Online products (websites etc.) with at least ISTQB foundation certified.
Experience of working in an agile team
Experience with test tool JIRA
Very good knowledge on different testing lifecycles; both waterfall and agile
Familiar with functional and non-functional testing concepts.
Well aware of the Defect management process and Tools.
Basic SQL skills.
Responsibilities:
Understand business requirements and able to generate test specification
Execute the tests and produce results and able to identify bugs and deliver quality work to next stage
Provide the daily / cycle and activities status, monitoring and reporting progress against the plan
Use the Test Tools to deliver the tested components, platforms and applications to meet the test specification.
Deliver Functional Business Quality Assurance including System, Integration, Regression testing as well as data migration
Execute alternative Business Quality Assurance approaches depending on the SDLC methodology (waterfall, agile)
Produce all Business Quality Assurance deliverables in conformance with industry standards.
