Detailed JD:
Responsibilities:
Provide detailed written feedback and recommended corrective actions based upon partially completed drafts of process maps.
Conduct quality assurance on received drafts of process maps and models from the onshore team, according to the agreed upon client and industry best practices and standards (ARIS, BPMN 2.0).
Identify and remediate process hierarchy decomposition errors, ranging from (Level 1 – Subprocess, Level 2 – Activity, and Level 3 – Task).
Identify gaps and course correct missing, incomplete or incorrect detailed requirements, attributes, metadata and other pertinent information in process modeling details based on drafts of process maps.
Complete partial process maps from a variety of potential input sources, including but not limited to drafts of process maps, stakeholder interview findings, workshop recordings, emails, verbal and written communication, gap analysis, knowledge of ARIS, BPMN 2.0 standards and industry best practices, amongst others.
Ensure adherence to established client procedures and methodologies as well as industry standards.
Reverse Engineer process maps based on various sources of existing documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), high-level design diagrams, stakeholder interview findings, workshop recordings, and emails, amongst others.
Assist with the aggregation and analysis of process mapping velocity trends, via repeatable reports and dashboards, identifying patterns, trends and potential areas of concern.
Support the creation of consolidated process mapping reports and presentations for key stakeholders, summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with other teams, such Process Owners/SMEs, Process Facilitators, Process Modelers, risk management, compliance, and IT, amongst others throughout the life of the project.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of process mapping processes, techniques and methodologies.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in process improvement, process reengineering, process design, or a related area within the financial industry.
Knowledge of process mapping and modeling principles and methodologies (BPMN 2.0).
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools, such as iGrafx, ARIS, or MS Visio.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage small process teams in a dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Lean Practitioner, or similar.
Experience in process within the manufacturing, banking or financial services industry.
Familiarity with process mapping and modeling methodologies.
Strong business analysis skills and familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Bilingual skills.
