Job Overview:
We are seeking a AREA SALES MANAGER (Goa) for a manufacturing company who will be responsible
for identifying and pursuing new Business opportunities, developing and implementing growth
strategies, and maintaining strong Relationships with clients and partners. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Field work and Lead generation for defined product segment Planning Monthly Sales.
2. Customer relationship Management for Existing and new customers.
3. Monitoring and managing the sales & Customer requirement.
4. Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.
5. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive market expansion.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry influencers.
7. Identify and generate new leads through networking, industry events, and other channels.
8. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project implementation and delivery.
10. Monitor and report on sales performance and financial metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of
strategies.
11. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements.
12. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
13. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, market research, and development initiatives.
Job Requirements:
1. BBA/ MBA in marketing specialization
2. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
