Area Sales Manager – Hvac

Job Overview
We are looking for talented Area Sales Manager with knowledge of various types of valves used in various industries, mainly in HVAC.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge:
Understand the technical aspects of valves (e.g., ball valves, Butterfly Valve, Motorized Valves, PICV, 3 Way Valves, check valves, etc.) and how they are used in various industries mainly in HVAC.
Be able to explain the features, benefits, and specifications of different valve types, including materials, sizes, and pressure ratings.
Customer Engagement
:
Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and offer solutions to any issues they may be facing with their valve products.
Sales Process:
Generate and follow up on leads through various channels (phone calls, emails, trade shows, networking).
Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals, often including custom valve configurations based on specific customer needs.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to close sales. o Work closely with engineering or technical teams to ensure that customer requirements are accurately met.
Sales Reporting and Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM systems. o Provide regular updates on sales targets, performance metrics, and customer feedback to management.
After-Sales Support:
Stay in contact with customers after the sale to ensure they are satisfied with the product and service.
Handle any post-sale issues, such as returns, repairs, or replacements.
May also be responsible for driving repeat sales or cross-selling additional valve-related products (e.g., actuators, fittings, or accessories).
Travel and Site Visits
:
In some cases, valve salespeople are required to travel to customer sites to assess needs, provide technical demonstrations, and ensure proper installation or service.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical.
Relationships and Market Network.
Able to Unite people and develop Teams.
Focus on Business Growth Numbers.
Open for travelling
Location – Surat
