Job ObjectiveResponsible for leading the organizational effort in Business Development for the Zones in terms of Student Acquisitions, City/State MarketingActivities & ResponsibilitiesZone Management: Responsible for achievement of pre decided business plans with regards to student acquisition for the zone.Implement & monitor lead generation initiatives to ensure that they are carried out effectively and in line with the set timelines.Work with the team to develop and generate pre-school & corporate tie-upsImplement the marketing calendar and monitor the same to ensure that targets are achieved as decided.Track the effectiveness of the marketing activities so that changes can be made as per the data analysis. Provide consumer insights so that action plans can be devised upon the same. Support the Zone & School in marketing initiatives & Marcom to ensure smooth functioning within the department.Lead team of Relationship Executives & Relationship Officers to ensure that the set objectives are achieved.Tracking and Analyzing competition by getting information, marketing initiatives, marketing spends, strength, Marcom, Etc. Monitor ROI on Marketing spends for Zone to bring about efficiency and effectiveness.Work Relations: Internal: Interfacing with Finance, Technology, HR for any people or any other operational issue/s. Interfacing with all service level heads, Centre and zonal sales leads, relationship management team, and brand management team, based out of CO/ZO as well as other Centres/Schools.Interfacing with Academics management (Principals and coordinators), content management teams and centre/Zonal Administration teams on service offerings and centre specific elementsQualificationsGraduation/ Post GraduationExperience6 to 10 years of hard core sales in hospitality, education or aviation sectorsSkills & CompetenciesForceful sales closure, sharp on numbersApproachable, effective communication, multi-lingual (English, Hindi, local language)
