Area Business Manager

Job Overview:We are looking for an Area Business Manager for a leading mattress company based in Goa. The Area Business Manager is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. This role involves managing sales teams, overseeing marketing campaigns, and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities.Job Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive brand awareness.Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.Establish and maintain relationships with dealers and sales teams.Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.Payment follow-up with trade partners.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management, with a track record of achieving targets.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.Riding Two-wheeler, male candidates would be preferred.Experience in sales & marketing of mattresses, textiles, bedsheets, towels, etc. is preferred.Location: GoaFor any further details please write to us on[email protected]>
