Architect experience about 4+ years.Knowledge about UDCPR.Experience in working on high-rise building coordination with consultant(RCC,FIRE,MEP)Conceptualize and develop architectural designs that meet client objectives, budgetary constraints, and regulatory requirements.Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software.Coordinate with engineering consultants and other stakeholders to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical systems into design plans.Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions, gather data, and ensure compliance with design specifications during construction.Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility reports, and progress updates to clients and project stakeholders.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met.Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and best practices to enhance design quality and innovation.Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on architectural design principles, software proficiency, and project management techniques.
