Architect Designer/ Architect Assistant

Job Description:-Drafting and Design:Produce architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop and Revit. Translate conceptual sketches and ideas into detailed technical drawings.Project Support:Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to support various stages of project development, from conceptual design to construction documentation. Assist in the preparation of design presentations (PPT), renderings, and models.Code Compliance:Understand and apply building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards to ensure designs meet legal and safety requirements. Conduct research as needed to support compliance efforts.Documentation:Maintain organized project files and documentation, including drawing sets, specifications, and meeting minutes. Update drawings and documents as required throughout the design and construction process.Learning and Development:Continuously seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills in architecture, drafting techniques, and relevant software tools. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Qualification and Skill:-Bachelor's degree in Architecture with Min 2 Years Experience in Auto cad with Good Drafting Skill.Strong communication skills with the ability to convey concepts in a clear and engaging manner.Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics.Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and metrics.Prior experience in managing architectural projects or working in an architectural firm.Candidate should possess approval knowledge in document scrutiny, Building by Laws, FMB Sketch and Patta.
