The Application Project Manager is an intermediate level position responsible for driving efforts to develop, implement and maintain IS Security Assessment process and platform(s) for Citi globally. This role is in the IS Security Assessments Platform team - the overall objective of this role is to ensure the active management and maintenance of the assessment platform(s) in line with the strategic objectives of the CISO organization and in support of the IS Assessments Program.
Responsibilities:
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Partner with a diverse global / team of IS Program workers to ensure Security Assessments platform strategy are aligned to target.
Interacting with the CISO Security Assessments Program Owner/ Manager and other management/ stakeholders on a frequent basis in order to provide status reporting, responding to inquiries, etc.
Respond to matters escalated to the team for response/action (e.g. platform production issues, audit inquires, etc.).
Interact with Working Group participants (and other stakeholders) to understand/develop platform enhancements and interact with supporting Technology team as they develop, test and implement solutions or fixes in support of the platform.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed for the implementation of solutions/fixes. Communicate in a timely manner to the user community enhancement/fix releases or production issues.
Support platform Help Desk workers in the triaging of issues/inquires that need subject matter expertise.
Manage an annual Technology project book of work/budget for the platform. Develop project prioritization based on input from program/platform stakeholders.
Qualifications:
10-12 years of relevant experience.
Additional technical certifications are preferred.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply current information regarding the IS field.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal oral communication.
Proven influencing and relationship management skills.
Proven analytical skills.
Experience with CIRAS application preferred.
Education:
Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master's degree preferred
