Job Description
Benefits Customization: Collaborate with regional HR teams to design benefits aligned with local regulations, cultural norms, and workforce demographics.
Strategic Alignment: Partner with senior leadership to ensure benefits programs align with the company's Total Rewards strategy.
Compliance Management: Oversee filings, disclosures, and compliance audits to meet statutory requirements.
Vendor Relationship Management: Negotiate contracts with vendors, brokers, consultants, and insurers, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality.
Performance Evaluation: Assess vendor performance and recommend improvements as needed.
HR & Employee Support: Guide HR teams and employees on plan design, enrollment processes, and compliance-related queries.
Open Enrollment Leadership: Plan and execute annual benefits enrollment, ensuring seamless communication and vendor coordination.
Data Analysis: Analyze utilization data and feedback to enhance programs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Global Communication Initiatives: Lead the development of materials, presentations, and training sessions to ensure clear understanding of benefits programs.
Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on global and local benefits regulations, legislative changes, and industry trends.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with legal, finance, and risk management teams to address benefits-related challenges and mitigate risks.
Subject Matter Expertise: Provide senior leadership with insights and recommendations for global benefits strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
8-12 years of extensive experience in managing global or regional benefits programs, preferably within a multinational organization.
Strong understanding of India-specific statutory benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
Proven expertise in vendor management, contract negotiation, and performance evaluation.
Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis to identify trends and drive improvements.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams such as legal, finance, and risk management.
Familiarity with global benefits trends and the ability to adapt strategies to local markets.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
