Adobe Analytics Specialist:
Understand functional and technical requirements from clients
Understand the business context and apply core digital analytics concepts to provide implementation solutions
Drive implementation of tags using TMS
Familiar with Adobe Analytics implementation, should have worked on solution design, tagging plan creation and advanced requirement deployment
Act as liaison between the business units, engineering, and reporting teams to ensure the right data is captured
Provide technical expertise on analytics systems to drive towards consistency in delivery and optimized solutions
Think out of the box to devise solutions, or propose recommendations, that address client problems or opportunities.
Able to troubleshoot analytics tagging issues with common debugging tools such as Omnibug, Tag Assistant by Google, Experience Cloud Debugger, or others.
Prior Experience with providing Business Insights
Adherence to delivery timelines and contractual SLAs
Adobe Target Specialist:
Deliver against the website optimization and customized experience strategies across the website and other touch points.
Configure, administer, and operate Adobe Target to build Multi-channel campaigns
Debug, troubleshoot, and fix the configuration and integration issues.
Partner with the analytics teams on measurement across customized site experiences
Collaborate with product management, marketing, analytics team and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences and end to end performance measurement.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to delivering custom site experiences
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, personalization, and optimization.
Communicate and partner with upstream and downstream teams regarding the execution against the desired testing strategy
Drive technical effort working with IT partners, site management and creative to ensure timely execution of testing and/or personalization cadence
