Job Description:
The activities would be:
·Collate quarterly inventories from LOBCO.
·Conduct quality checks on format, questions etc. based on a checklist.
·Perform calculations for the identified metrics and dashboard.
·Provide data for upload to the Archer tool system of record.
·Share metrics with LOBCO for alignment and share with the central BUCA team.
·Publish results and provide reporting as needed to leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
·A cultural awareness and excellent relationship building skills, with a track record that clearly demonstrates an ability to build lasting partnerships across local and remote teams
·Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and lead or support projects and working groups
·Exceptional attention to detail and an appreciation of customer, Regulator and Auditor expectations.
·Strong written and verbal communication skills demonstrated across band levels
·A mind-set that sees colleagues as "customers" and a desire to go above and beyond to enable their success
·Comfortable working with data in excel or similar tools to produce insightful reporting tailored to the audience.
Desirable skills would be:
·Analytics - statistics/mathematics/computer science / Experience managing data / databases.
·Strong attention to detail.
·Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, plus PowerPoint, Archer, Tableau, Power BI an advantage.
·Willing to be flexible according to different time-zone need.
·Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
