As a Platform Compliance Advisory Product Manager at IBM Cloud, you will create a strategy for the Platform compliance standards and develop an outcome based roadmap within the framework of IBM Cloud compliance program. You will facilitate the delivery of roadmap elements, collaborations, and decisions that facilitate achieving planned compliance outcomes. You'll join IBM Cloud office in Bangalore, where we collaborate with our development, design and sales team, learn from each other, and build our cloud community.

Explore and analyze security, resiliency and platform compliance priorities for the target market and industries
Develop and articulate a point of view on market opportunity and approach for platform compliance requirements
Develop an optimal roadmap for security, resiliency and platform compliance programs
Create business plan specifying investment requirements and expected outcomes by route to market
Lead cross-functional execution against business plan to complete platform compliance programs and ensure go to market enablement and delivery readiness
Assess platform compliance program performance in meeting planned outcomes and address gaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, analysts, ecosystem partners, to achieve platform compliance objectives that aligns with business objectives and user needs
Champion platform compliance program understanding and successfully manage compliance program communication from start to completion with minimal oversight
Guide associate product managers and participate in compliance program reviews to convey status and results
Demonstrate committed and respectful collaboration between members of cross-functional teams and be part of promoting a positive team culture and work environment
