Accounts Receivable

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Executive to join our Accounts Receivable team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a related field. As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.Key Responsibilities:Manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections.Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and promptly.Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.Resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely and professional manner.Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.Prepare aging reports and other financial reports as needed.Work closely with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve customer inquiries and issues.Maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate smooth payment processes.Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.
