We are currently seeking a Account Growth Leader to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Total Experience - 15+ years
Telecom Domain - 5+ years & Client Management - 5+ years
Required Skills - Experinece in client relationship building, generating revenue & sales, strong communication skills, should have software development background Location - Bangalore - Client Location (Hybrid Mode)
Notice Period - Immediate - 1 Month

Establishing and nurturing productive relationships with various stakeholders
Extending your network by fostering connections with decision makers and influencers
Building and cultivating partnerships with vendors and other key collaborators
Co-develop account plan with the NTT DATA account team
Identify opportunities and build pipelines with the NTT DATA account team
Primarily lead of engaging & closing extension deals
Support expansion proposalsidentify opportunities, nurturing leads, closing sales, and achieving revenue targets
Assess, clarify, and validate customer requirements to ensure their evolving needs are met

Accountability for delivering budgeted margins, encompassing project and net margins.
Effective account operations managementManaging the sales pipeline, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring successful project delivery across a diverse range of revenue streams.

Engage with client to get regular feedback (bi-weekly) on work delivered
Create feedback loop with project team members on where clients have challenges (bi-weekly)
Engage in workshops with delivery team on ideas from team members (bi-weekly)
Track ideas created by each team member and link it with R&R (monthly)
Present qualified ideas/innovation beyond contractual obligation to clients on regular basis (monthly)
Persuade clients towards more accountabilities driven model for squads (moving from staffing to outcome based model)
Find new leads and discuss internally on how to progress on them
