About this role
Aircall is seeking anAccount Executive Market Lead- LATAMto be the first employees of our Mexico office and play a significant role in our expansion to the LATAM region.
You willreport directly to our Sales Director IBERIA & LATAMand be responsible forsupporting Aircall's strategic direction for LATAM.
You will be thefirst hirein the country, taking on a critical role in building our local presence. As an operational leader, you will carry a sales quota and report directly to the Sales Director for Iberia & LATAM. Initially, you will be instrumental insupporting hiring and scalinga high-performing sales team. Your leadership will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
This position is based inMexico City (Polanco).
Your mission @ Aircall
Lead and accelerate sales growthin Mexico, Colombia, and Chile by carrying asales quotaand executing business strategies tailored to these markets.
Providestrategic insights, working closely with the Sales Director, to adapt Aircall's vision and strategy for the region.
Collaborate effectively withcross-functional teamssuch as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market.
Drive organizational scalethrough detailed forecasting and reporting on critical metrics to ensure sustained growth and operational efficiency.
As we expand ourpresencein LATAM, you will support the hiring and development of top talent, laying the foundation for a world-class sales organization.
Foster astrong, positive company culture, ensuring Aircall's values resonate across this new market.
Develop a deep understanding of theLATAM SMB market, the competitive landscape, and key trends in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile to keep Aircall at the forefront of industry developments.
A little more about you
Proven track record as atop-performing salesrepresentative, consistently exceeding sales targets and driving significant annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.
Extensiveexperience as Account Executive in the SMB and SaaS mid-marketsectors, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities specific to Latin American countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.
Naturallycurious and passionateabout learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Latin America (LATAM).
Experience withchannel and integration partnershipsin LATAM is an added advantage.
