Academic Technical Enablement Lead

The Program Manager for University Programs is able to design and execute programs that builds awareness and learning outcomes around IBM technologies. The program manager is able to design compelling frameworks to mobilize leaders at IBM and university stakeholders (university leaders, department heads, faculty, students) into highly engaged communities.Responsibilities include:Designing programs and operations to effectively drive adoption of IBM technologies at universitiesBuilding experiences that meet individual geographic and global needsDesigning programs that have operational rigor and are designed for scaleManaging external stakeholders including non-profit partners, vendors, and influencersCollaborating with internal executives and stakeholders in technology platform, content, and other cross-functional teamsReporting program metrics and driving continuous improvements based on lessons learned
