Ux Researcher

As a User Experience Researcher working on IBM Storage offerings, you'll work with our interdisciplinary design teams, product management, and development stakeholders to plan, execute and deliver user research projects/activities with a goal of better understanding users' needs and pain points, and to help our design and development stakeholders craft simple, delightful experiences for our users.

The world of data storage is incredibly complex and layered, and it is rich with opportunities for design patents, unique interfaces, and data visualizations. You'll play a key role in building experiences that help our customers ensure they get the most out of their data, including data storage, resiliency, and AI enablement.You'll be responsible for leading user research to guide project strategy, design direction, and release content.
You'll translate research findings into actionable recommendations to help designers iterate and craft simple and delightful experiences.
You'll help develop comprehensive research strategies and assist in evolving our research techniques and tools.
Lead teams in design thinking and agile methodologies.
You'll work with a highly motivated and skilled design team passionate about the outcomes they design and deliver to our users.
