If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Transition Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).Master Scheduler & Project CoordinatorSchedules internal and external meetingsScribes meeting notes and distributes them accordinglyImplements customer projects, tracking activities, milestones, and staff requirementsWell versed with creating and updating Microsoft Project Plan and building reports from the sameProvides status reports on overall project summary, work in progress, executive support, etc.Controls expenditures within limitations of the project budgetPrepares interim and completion project reportsRecommends and drives the analysis and solutions of problemsMonitors and controls the work to ensure that the project remains on track and in controlInterfaces and communicates with project team and managementEnforces the defined governance processesOversees all project scheduling activities for transitions and transformationsEstablishes a baseline and critical path once all activities are set and monitors activities accordinglyReviews and manages updates to the schedule by working either one-on-one with the Service Area subject matter experts and/or by holding a weekly Project Schedule Update meetingVerifies the updates are an accurate representation of the work accomplished and monitors the overall status to escalate missed activities or potential risksFollows all organizational standard operating procedures relative to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverablesUpdate management team on overall schedule status, risks, impact, etc.May interact with Customer management (including executive management), segment sales, segment services sales, segment management, internal NTT services organizations, and vendor partnersProvides support on transition and transformation management processes, procedures, tools, and techniques to the teamWorks closely with the team to obtain the relevant information in support of the transition and transformationProvide project start up and planning assistanceEnsure use of standards, processes, procedures, and tools (templates) are being followedParticipate in Project Initiation and Project Planning workshops and deliverables creationLead Work Breakdown Structure creationEnsure quality / completeness of schedule documentationPost project schedule on SharePoint (project repository)Assist Transition and Transformation Managers with regular status reportingProvide execution and close down assistance to Transition and Transformation ManagerAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
