About this opportunity:
This is highly technical role in which Bid Office SME will interface with Market Area domain specialists as a domain expert.
SME will provide comprehensive support in Communications Services (IMS/Signalling/CS/UDM) domain to Market Area team for preparing solution proposals. Knowledge of Virtualization/Cloud Native is preferred.   He/she has to work closely with Market Area counterparts for customer RFx analysis and provide cost effective optimized solution based on the requirements.

What you will do:
•    Providing quality response for the RFP/tender within the given timelines
•    Take ownership of the bid response for specific area of working
•    Understand the RFP requirements thoroughly and initiate timely clarifications and response for the specific area.
•    Interact with regional solution/SME for discussion related to RFP.
•    Solution responsible for IMS/Signalling/CS products in the Bid Office
•    Ensuring that the assumptions and risks are well captured and documented while providing the Technical Solution to the customers in the regions.
•    Assist bid manager in the bid office during bid acceptance phase to agree on the scope and effort estimation with the region.
•    Good Knowledge of IMS core solution like VoLTE/VoNR, Fixed, FMC, Unified Communications, SIP Interconnect, SIP trunking, SRVCC, MNP, MVNO etc.
•    Good Knowledge of Signalling solutions like DSC (DA/DRA/DEA), SC (BSF/SCP/SEPP).
•    Excellent knowledge of VoIP protocols, 3GPP (IMS - CSCF, SBG, SBC MRF) and SIP based applications (SIP based presence, SIP Application Server).
•    Good Knowledge of CS core solution like CSFB, SRVCC, MNP, MVNO etc
•    Good Knowledge of HSS, CUDB, HLR, CCSM, CCDM
•    Strong knowledge of wireless technologies (call flow), related protocols and telecommunication standards
•    Good understanding of Virtualization/Cloud Native aspects
•    Knowledge sharing and efficient reuse of available document repository
•    Provide suggestions from TCO/BBTS aspects to the region.
•    In preparing a proposal, shall be responsible, through various interfaces, for the following activities or deliverables:
a)    Network design and dimensioning.
b)    Solution Proposal
c)    Bill of Quantities
d)    Statement of technical compliance to requirements
e)    Product related documents
f)    Define and propose alternative technical solutions in case the proposed technical solution needs to be changed for any reasons.
•    Working knowledge of Ericsson dimensioning and product configuration tools

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication / Electronics or equivalent university degree
•    MBA will be considered as merit.
•    2-7 years with good product and solution experience (vendor, operator, and technology-related industries). Person having Ericsson IMS product knowledge will be preferred.
