You'll also have the chance to give back and make a positive impact where we live and work through volunteerism.Functional PMO Lead is responsible for driving compliance with Citi program management guidelines across CRO for Finance, Model Risk Management (MRM) and Data Analytics Reporting & Technology (DART) organizations. Responsible for overall project portfolio management, including developing senior management reporting, implementing and monitoring compliance to PM requirements (e.g. health and spot checks), and providing training / coaching for processes, methods, and tools to the PM community. Requires prior experience with leading cross-functional, regulatory-driven programs within Risk or Finance. A strong candidate will have the excellent communication skills required in order to present and negotiate at a senior level.In this role, you are expected to:?Understand and communicate Citi project management guidelines to PMO team.
