Supply Chain/Logistics Leader Inbound

People Management role including managing logistics for factory.
Location: Bangalore

Job Responsibilities:
• Managing inbound logistics of Pan India & neighboring countries business operations
• Managing Demand Plan, P2P, Bonded warehousing operations, and custom clearances
• Managing supplier, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
• Managing operations in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Developing effective Supply Chain processes
• Drive productivity and increase digitalization in the processes
• Attract, engage and develop talent in the various logistics teams 

Experience/Skillset/Knowledge 12-15 years of experience in logistics/supply chain. 
Good experience of managing teams in a national set up. 
Knowledge of Healthcare medical equipment and systems would be preferred.
