About this opportunity:
As a key contributor to team, the candidates will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and leading the evolution of RAN infrastructure in a rapidly changing landscape through lab environment
What you will do:
Excellent working knowledge of NR NSA/SA Solutions in LB/MB/HB.
Hands-on with virtual deployment and troubleshooting of Ericsson 5G RAN with e2e call flow.
Understanding of 5G RAN products & Solutions.
Hand on experience in Lab environment, PoC of New products, Features and Services.
Ability to fully understand system logs, test tool logs and use this understanding for debugging issues and identifying accurate root causes for the problems seen on the system under test or in the network.
Hands on experience in test execution, log collection and issue reporting. Debugs issues and assist in determination of resolution to issues discovered during testing.
Good understanding of different layers of 5G, LTE (FDD/TDD) protocol Stack.
Usage of tools like QXDM, Wireshark, Iperf dissectors etc.
Expertise in 4G and 5G RAN technology & L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting.
The skills you bring:
Proven track record in network planning, design, and optimization for Ericsson RAN solutions.
Deep knowledge of Ericsson 4G, LTE, and 5G NR technologies, including Ericsson Radio System, RAN software, and network management tools.
Define material forecast based on the time plan and configuration of each scenario site.
Ability to independently deploy configure 5G and LTE nodes.
