We even promise to let you bring your kids and pets to work.What will you be doing?Influence, guide, and reinforce the adoption of standards and processes across the development teamsBuild and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operationsImplement solutions for automation of application build, test, deployment, configuration management, and orchestrationImplement DevOps pipeline tools in support of vertical team's needsPresent a broad knowledge across various products across the DevOps spectrumDocument DevOps processes, procedures, and environmentsSupport Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Deployment (CD) and DevOps transformation initiatives under the guidance of the configuration manager/architect. Contribute in developing best practices for infrastructure as code (e.g.: Terraform, Shell scripting), software build tools (Maven, Gradle, etc.) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.).Work with development and Infrastructure Teams in developing building/packaging/deployment processes for new projects. We need a talented, multidisciplinary engineer who's able to build out a continuous integration process married with a solid release strategy while having the ability to upskill other teams and advise on best practice and strategy to management.Roles & Responsibilities:Years of Experience: 6-11 yearsEducational Qualification: B.Tech/MCA.Strong coding skills in at least one programing languageAbility to build custom tools and scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency.Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS and on-prem applications using tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etcStrong debugging/troubleshooting skillsGood communication skills.Ability to train and develop team members.Have experience with agile development, design & architect.Hands-on knowledge on helm and Kubernetes eco-system. Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems; ability to think abstractly
