About Role:
Paytm is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading several brand campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of social media platforms and have a knack for creating engaging content.
Key Responsibilities? Perform research on social media discussions/trends about the company and industry. ? Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news). ? Suggest and implement campaigns to develop a positive narrative about the company. ? Collaborate with team members to ensure the right brand messaging aligns with developing social media trends. ? Set specific objectives and report on ROI. ? Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. ? Contribute to amplification and online reputation management. ? Identify and participate in relevant trends.
Desired Attributes:? Hands-on experience in content and social media management. ? Excellent copywriting skills. ? Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video). ? Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics. ? Ability to work under pressure, collaboratively, and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team-based environment. ? Proficiency in social media tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social. ? Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation. ? Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar software. ? Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure performance and generate reports. ? Should have completed a digital marketing course from a reputed institute.
