We are currently seeking a "ServiceNow HRSD BA to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).
ITSM Business Analyst
NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience
gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our
Business Process practice. This position is a unique opportunity for someone with high-
energy and a desire to develop their consulting skills and technical knowledge in an
entrepreneurial, fast paced, collaborative and fun environment.

team.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Work closely with and support our Business Process Consultants during client
workshops and throughout ServiceNow Implementations
• Capture business requirements, work with process flow diagrams, and document
business cases
• Partner with project leadership teams to write, review, and maintain user stories
• Document end-to-end process flow
• Prepare training materials and lead client fulfiller training sessions
• Primary skillset in ITSM with secondary skillset with HRSD and experience with
Integration between the modules.
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience
• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with
customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test
scripts and training material for technology deployments
• 1+ years ITSM experience
• 1+ years HRSD experience
• 1+ years Integration experience (with ITSM and HRSD)
