Job Description Our client is looking for a senior technical recruiter who lives in Gurgaram, India. The role is remote, but you will be required to attend a meeting onsite occasionally. Must have experience working for large tech companies. The duration of this contract is one year.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for developer and technical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and develop job descriptions, and recruitment strategies.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and the recruitment team on the status of open positions and candidate pipeline.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source candidates and manage applicant data.
Qualifications
Must live in Gurugram and be able to travel to the Gurugram office a couple of times a month for in-person meetings.
Experience working for large tech companies
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, specifically in recruiting for technical and developer roles.
Recent work experience with minimal gaps in employment history, focusing on long-term projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various recruiting platforms and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
