JOB SUMMARY/OVERVIEW
TriNet is seeking a Sr. Security and Safety Analyst to oversee all matters involving personnel security, safety and environmental impact at our offices. This individual will partner with the TriNet HR and Legal teams, along with local management to develop, implement, and support initiatives, processes, and best practices for TriNet locations. This position will support strategic goals and drive performance metrics
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Assist with any and all access control badge provisioning following Physical Security's standard protocol and processes
•    Act as primary point of contact for any Physical Security system remediation with local vendor by approval through Physical Security Management
•    Monitors and properly escalates situations of geopolitical events that may impact executive travel, company events, operations and provides both periodic and timely reporting.
•    Conduct daily door checks or restricted access areas and responds to physical security issues/requests and raised and provide adequate assessments and recommendations for mitigating safety issues.
•    Conducts physical security system investigations of active alarms and monitoring points and providing findings/results, raises issues and follows procedures to resolve as needed. This would include any nuisance or actual active alarms and provide resolution within the alarm database.
•    Act as an active member of the VERT Program, Single Point of Contact and provide floor warden direction during emergencies or other incidents. Provide escalation to the Physical Security Management and complete all necessary reports as required.
•    With approval from Physical Security Management, conducts investigations to include theft, unauthorized access bypass, Workplace Violence, and/or other undefined security issue or risk.
•    Providing on site event security support as necessary
•    Monitors and responds to activities that have the potential to compromise the safety and health of TriNet's colleagues, as well as contingent workers, contractors, and visitors
•    Implements safety programs including Injury and Illness Prevention, Clean Desk, Ergonomics, Workplace Violence Prevention, Emergency Action Plans, etc. in accordance with company and governmental requirements
•    Manages vendor relationships for safety equipment
•    Serves as 1st point of contact for all emergency incidents
•    Participates in the design and development of facilities, work areas, and work procedures, and makes health, safety, and environmental recommendations accordingly.
•    Establishes and maintains cross-functional and positive working relationships with key partners across the organization
•    Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion. 
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 
Education: 
•    Bachelor's degree desired; or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
•    Associate Safety Professional (ASP)/Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
•    Physical Security Professional (PSP)
•    OSHA 30 HR Certification 
Experience:
•    Minimum 5 years' experience with a physical security with a safety background
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
•    Strong knowledge and understanding of both state and federal employment laws
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
•    A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
•    Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 
Travel Requirements
•    Travel required, physical requirements, on-call schedules, etc.
