What will I be doing?
Processing Payment metrics (decline rates, processing, payouts, etc.)
Proactively communicating on Production issues to customers.
Handling Disputes and consulting with merchants when they need help managing their disputes or trends
Tracking Operational task efficiency (onboarding merchants, device logistics and support, working with partners to hold them accountable for SLAs, etc.)
Identifying and executing opportunities to automate or outsource activities
Partnering with product engineering to ensure the product and features are operable by design
Partnering with Processors to resolve high priority Operation issues.
Representing the platform in customer discussions and handle escalated accounts due to operational issues
Driving RCA and other feedback and data analysis to learn from current and improve the future
What Skills do I need?
Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues quickly
Experience in Payments domain is highly desirable.
5-8 years of experience in managing payment/acquiring operations for a payment processor, banks, or other financial institutions.
Exposure to global payments landscape is preferred.
Strong Communication Skills
Self-motivation and goal-orientation, desire to deliver results
Ability to work with multiple teams to achieve results
