Senior Officer - Category Services - Market place Ops

Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain the reporting system, presenting insights at a weekly forum to leaders.
Building templates, dashboards in Excel/Gsheet/UDP & automated mailers for internal and external stakeholder reporting.
Regular analysis and experimentation to find areas of automation in current work flows, maintaining a highly data backed approach.
Workflow automation using SQL/Python.
Data extraction as per business team request for Ad hoc analysis.
Own reporting for Weekly/Monthly business reviews
Root cause analysis and Deep dive analysis of business problems.
Work in a fast-moving environment, across multiple projects with varying levels of complexity and detailing.

Qualifications,  Experience & Expectations:
Excellent knowledge of SQL, expert knowledge of  Python and Microsoft excel.
3 years working with large data sets and conducting quantitative analysis
Min B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed college.
Good written and verbal communication skill's
Previous experience working with a reputed Ecommerce/Analytics firm.
Ability to think through product and business metrics.
Quick learner and ability to work in a dynamic work environment.
Team player and comfortable interacting with people from multiple disciplines across levels.
Flexible with working hours/days.
