JR58622 Senior Manager, Firmware (Devops)
Core Requirements:
Should have12-15years of experience in Storage and Memory domains.
Experience withJenkinsPipelines, or similar build/test/release automation technology.
Experience with processes and tools that support software/firmware build, test, and release (continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment;CI/CD)
Knowledge and experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins and/or similar tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with multi-functional collaboration.
Build and manage technical teams focused on SSD Automation, Debug and Analytics tools.
Highly motivated, focused on accuracy, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments with strict time constraints.
Conduct quarterly check-ins and reviews to provide feedback and guidance to team members.
Mentor and coach team members to develop a culture of excellence and innovation.
Facilitate training programs and ensure the team is up to date with the latest industry trends.
Innovating new solutions to sophisticated system-level problems by collaborating with various internal teams with required system-level expertise.
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field.
