Description:
As part of the GFO Organization within Corporate Controllership, this role is responsible for driving transformational use cases across financial processes impacting accounting, reporting and reconciliation.
GFO Transformation team plays a critical role supporting GFO processes in driving transformational use cases by leveraging modernized applications and ensuring process re-design by elevating controls, simplification and automation.
This role, Senior Lead Analyst, will join GFO transformation team in IC & OPEX COE and will support Project Manager. The role will focus on providing support to project managers in analysis and inputs on project initiatives, define Finance requirements, develop user stories, and advise system controls to be in place to ensure financial integrity of accounting and reporting.
Key Responsibilities include:
Support the Project manager in driving GFO transformational initiatives requiring technology development with financial accounting, reporting, or control impacts.
Assist in defining end-to-end process requirements for initiatives impacting GFO processes
Support Project Managers in creating accounting requirements in consultation with GFO process owners.
Support and execute user acceptance testing of process requirements.
Collaborate with process owners and provide post implementation support.
Create project documentation including process, system, and accounting flows.
Take initiative to continually develop and learn new processes and methods; quick to adapt to ongoing changes in the enterprise.
Support automation of core IC & OPEX COE processes

Qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field
Good understanding of Finance and/or business systems
Preferably has some exposure in defining system development requirements across business and technologies
Preferably has some exposure in defining and validating system development and financial test cases
Basic understanding of project management and system implementation background is preferred
Good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to create impactful relationships with key stakeholders
Good written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Pro-active and creative approach to solving problems
Being self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to manage time effectively.
Positive attitude and demonstrated strength as a quick learner
Previous work experience in various Finance disciplines such as Accounting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Treasury, Tax or Banking is a plus
