Title- SAP Functional Consultant (EHS/PLM)
Location- Hyderabad

Key Areas of accountability/responsibility
Together with product development and compliance teams across various businesses shape new opportunities, identify potential impact on (business) processes and translate them into digital solutions.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and desired capabilities, understand the value to dsm-firmenich and provide constructive challenge where appropriate.
Turn aligned requirements into clear user stories (why & what) and collaborate with colleagues and the development teams to ensure a successful delivery of solutions.
As part of successful solution delivery, accountable for executing the functional solution design considering customer & user experience, target audiences, data modelling and relationships. This includes integration implications with other internal and external platforms, functional logic, etc.
Collaborate closely with technical resources to determine the technical design in line with the functional solution design and understand the impact and implications of various solution options from business operations to technical performance – ultimately presenting the options back to the business, providing a recommendation and gaining clear alignment with business stakeholders on the direction.
Key stakeholder management by setting expectations on development approach and timelines – be able to identify key risks whether in design or during execution and collaborate and act with the broader team as required to mitigate risks and impact.

You Bring
5+ years working experience within a GxP digital maintenance and operations environment (Chemical Industry, Healthcare, Consultancy, etc.) and Minimum bachelor's degree with business or technical focus.
Excellent ABAP and Fiori development skills are a plus.
Very good understanding and hands-on experience with the BTP platform and multi-year experience with Recipe Development and SAP EH&S/Product Compliance
Experience in 3E Product Safety and Dangerous Goods content management is a plus.
A very good understanding of digital product development in the process industry and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure (network, middleware technology, cyber security aspects).
Customer-driven (outside-in); Satisfying customers through early and continuous delivery of valuable work and familiarity or experience in agile way of working. Scrum methodology as a plus.
