Job Title : RecruiterLocation : HyderabadExperience : 4-5 yearsJob Description :We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, particularly in hiring for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vertical.Responsibilities :Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the position.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.4-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the BPO industry.Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates at various levels.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, including ATS.Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.If you are passionate about talent acquisition and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
