Analyst, QMO Analytics
As a Global Quality (GQ) Quality Management Office (QMO) Analyst at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Tools, RPA, Statistical tools and other methods to help create ways to turn data into information in a way that others inside and outside of GQ can use the information to make key decisions. You will help create insights and predictive capabilities with the data to generate information not otherwise obvious to Micron leadership.
As a Micron analyst, you will contribute and develop resource plans to address business needs. In this role, you will work with the organization to define best known solutions to problems and provide technical and workforce development support.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Establish and maintain system to intake, track, and provide metrics on projects proposed
Manage project priorities in accordance with QMO priorities
Partner with IT and SMAI as opportunities arise to develop solutions that go beyond team capabilities.
Develop solutions that reach beyond basic data visualization and web site creation. Look for opportunities to generate insights and predictive capabilities that will offer information that may not otherwise be available to the data consumer.
Translate business process needs into IT related requirements to ensure business process has what is needed to be efficient and effective.
Collaborate with business process and data owners to help define solutions
Contribute to meet turnaround time and project quality metrics
?Skills and Experience
Master level or equivalent experience is required
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Tools, RPA, Statistical tools is desirable
Knowledge of Semiconductor processes and memory is desirable
Work Environment
Ability to manage schedule to work across global time zones is required.
Some travel up to 25% is required
Flexibility to manage urgent business and customer needs is required
